Carmichael's Restaurant is now open for breakfast and dinner, with brand new menus offering the best native produce of the Northern Territory.
The breakfast buffet is open daily from 5:00am-9:00am and the dinner service is from 5:30pm-8:30pm, bookings essential.
Desert Oaks Bistro
The Desert Oaks Bistro offers a selection of light meals, beverages and snacks in a relaxed outback setting. Light breakfasts and lunches are perfect for holiday-makers on the go, where you can grab a quick meal between sightseeing activities.

Outback BBQ & Grill - closed until April.The Outback BBQ & Grill is a true Australian Outback experience offering a selection of contemporary Australian BBQ cuisine. Enjoy a-la-carte BBQ-style fare, fresh vegetables, salads and a wide selection of wines, spirits, ales and soft drinks. View the sample menu.
Revel in the friendly atmosphere, mixing with other guests under a solid roof with open sides - a traditional outback veranda. This casual bar and grill also provides live entertainment, Rod Dowsett, daily during peak season (April to October).
The Thirsty Dingo Bar
Pizzas are available all day until 9pm (no table service). This is the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Watarrka National Park.

Imagine the romance of a table for two in a wilderness setting under a canopy of the Southern Night sky. The only light comes from the moon and the flickering glow of the fire. The only sound is soft music intertwined with the whispering of the breeze through the Desert Oak trees and the crackling flames.
Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and canapes followed by a four course dinner. Under a Desert Moon is exclusive to Kings Canyon. It is a unique outback dining experience with a menu focusing on the fresh local produce of Australia. We cater for vegetarian and gluten free dietary requirements.
You will be met at Reception at 6pm by a welcoming staff member who will then escort you to the dining area a short distance away.
$149 per person includes one alcoholic beverage and canapes plus a four course menu.
