The bird life in the area is as diverse as it is beautiful and you can see it for yourself. Simply go to reception and pick up a copy of the ‘Birds of the Red Centre’ booklet, hire or purchase a pair of binoculars and you're ready to go. You won’t have to look far.
Bird Watching
Along the way, we invite you to complete a ‘Record of Sighting Sheet’ for Northern Territory Parks and Wildlife. The sighting sheet is a record of all the different birds you have seen as well as any other fauna such as reptiles, dingoes, snakes, emus or camels you might come across.
You don’t have to be an expert ‘Bird Watcher’ to give it a try. It’s great fun for the whole family.
