Open daily for a la carte dinner service, the contemporary menus are inspired by local, Northern Territory produce complemented by a beverage list proudly showcasing Australian wines and beers.
Guests can select to dine within the restaurant or on the surrounding verandah.
Buffet style breakfast is served from 5:30-9:30am and dinner is served from 5:30-8:30pm. Reservations are required for dinner and groups of 10 or more must pre-order from the Groups Menu, available on request.
Lunch and bar snacks are available from the Desert Oaks Bistro from 11am - 2pm.
