Terms and ConditionsThe Best Price Guarantee only applies to reservations made on kingscanyonresort.com.au or over the phone with our Reservations Specialist and for which a confirmation number has been issued to validate the reservation within 24 hours.
Exclusions from the Best Rate Guarantee apply to corporate rates, group rates, wholesale rates, unpublished rates or prepaid offers, privately negotiated rates, rates involving gift vouchers, rates included as a part of a travel package and rates not available to the general public, rates granted to Delaware North partners and their employees and rates granted to Delaware North employees.
The guarantee applies to the same room type, for the same number of guests, advertised at the same time. Documented proof will be required with your claim highlighting the lower rate advertised at the equivalent time and date as on the website with identical booking details.
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply if the lower rate is due to a lower currency conversion. Both rates must have tax included or tax excluded to ensure a fair comparison. Best Rate Guarantee applied reservations are non-changeable and non-transferable; standard resort policies and procedures apply on arrival and for the duration of the stay. Any alterations to the booking will forfeit the Best Rate Guarantee offer.
